IFI16 ChIP-seq of ICP0-RF mutant HSV-1 (strain 17) infection in HFF-1 cells

HFF-1 cells were infected with an ICP0-RF mutant HSV-1 at an MOI of 10 PFU/cell for one, three, or six hours. ChIP-seq for the DNA sensor IFI16 and control IgG was performed. Illumina libraries were generated for IP and input samples, and sequencing was performed at the Princeton University Genomics Core Facility on a NovaSeq 6000 to generate 50 bp paired-end reads.
