After air drying and sieving (2 mm), the soil samples were analyzed for determine nutrient contents and CEC. The Kjeldahl method was used to determine total N (TN) and CEC. Molybdenum-antimony anti-colorimetry and flame photometry were performed to quantify available phosphorus (AP) and available potassium (AK), respectively. For the determination of of OM, the potassium dichromate oxidation-external heating method was used. Soil bulk density (BD) was measured by oven drying (24 hours, 105°C) and weighing the soil samples in cutting rings, and the BD of the first soil layer was taken as the final result. The calculation results of soil acidification rate and contribution degree are listed in the table. In order to ensure the privacy of the data, the formulas and explanations in the table are deleted
土壤样品经风干、过2mm孔径筛处理后,对其养分含量与阳离子交换量(CEC)开展分析测定。采用凯氏定氮法(Kjeldahl method)测定全氮(TN)与CEC;分别通过钼锑抗比色法与火焰光度法定量测定有效磷(AP)与速效钾(AK)。有机质(OM)的测定采用重铬酸钾氧化-外加热法。土壤容重(BD)采用环刀法测定:将环刀内的土壤样品置于105℃烘箱中烘干24小时后称重,取第一层土壤的容重作为最终测定结果。土壤酸化速率及贡献度的计算结果列于表格中,为保障数据隐私,表格内的公式与说明已删除。
