CAP-18 gene expression in the tissue specimens from various organs of healthy rabbits, <i>Shigella</i>-infected rabbits and infected rabbits treated with PB or NaB.

Data are expressed as median with 25 and 75 percentiles in parentheses. Healthy control rabbits are without any treatment. One-way ANOVA on ranks was used in comparing data between different groups of rabbits. The differences are significant when P<0.05; asignificant when compared to healthy, bsignificant when compared to infected.
