Site Data from an Archaeological Watching Brief West of Wide Lane, Southampton 2018 (SOU 1776)

This collection comprises the Digital Archive (reports, images, spreadsheets, a site drawing and site records) from an archaeological watching brief undertaken by Wessex Archaeology in April 2018 during the development of Land at the Former Ford Site, North West Side of Wide Lane, Southampton. The remains of a World War II Anderson shelter was identified in the extreme south-east corner of the site, the sixth to be discovered during works along Wide Lane. No further archaeological features or finds were identified.
