Sperm long RNA sequencing 14 days after dexamethasone injection

This study investigates the impact of Dexamethasone on sperm RNA in mice. Using RNA sequencing we find that Dexamethasone impacts the sperm payload significantly 2 weeks post intra peritoneal administration. Sperm RNA was sequenced 14 days following 2mg/kg dexamethasone or vehicle intraperitoneal injection. Examination of sperm long RNA payload in pure mature sperm cells, collected from cauda epididymis. Cells were in testis at time of injection. These cells have passed from Caput do cauda epididymis between the time the animals have been injected and the timepoint of collection.
