Range is observed allele size range, NA is total number of observed alleles, NE is effective number of alleles, HO and HE are observed and expected heterozygosity, fixation index FIS measures deviations from Hardy-Weinberg proportions, with P representing the significance of this deviation. Overall P is the Fisher's P-value for combined probabilities.
