CycleRap Results for West Midlands Cycle Lane

These data are the encoded results of performing a cycleRAP survey along the A38, from Birmingham centre to the outskirts of Selly Oak. Note that the survey was conducted twice for the A38, along both the carriageway and then the adjacent cycle lane. In the context of these results we refer to these as the southbound and northbound data, respectively. The comparison of the northbound with the southbound data allows for the assessment of the safety improvement achieved through the introduction of the cycle lane.
