资源简介:
The genus Camellia (C.) had a special position in Chinese history and culture as well as its important scientific research value and economic value. However, the research of this genus in the field of genomics is relatively lagging. Here we performed transcriptome sequencing to more than 40 representative species of 14 groups of Camellia genus. By using comparative genomics and multi-omics analysis, clarify the relationship of accumulation of oil and secondary metabolites, and the adaptative evolution of their related genes during the phylogeny of genus Camellia.
