The series consists of records of immunizations administered to residents of Brush Farm Home and Brush Farm Infants Home at Eastwood, covering rubella, polio, tetanus, and the triple antigen vaccine.There are a few Department of Health vaccination record cards relating to Rubella vaccinations included, detailing name, date the vaccine was administered and batch number. The remainder of the records are handwritten and hand drawn tables showing the name of the resident, the date the primary course of the vaccine was administered, and dates when booster shots were given. In the case of rubella, there are additional records showing the year the immunization was due, along with the date it was actually administered.
