Time course single-cell multiome sequencing data from mESCs treated with Activin A/Lithium Chloride

This study generated multiome profiling of scRNA-seq and scATAC-seq data from ~11,000 differentiating mouse embryonic stem cells over a time course. It demonstrates scTIE achieves effective data integration while preserving more biological signals than existing integration methods. Overall design: Embryoid bodies from mESCs were treated with Activin A/Lithium Chloride for up to 6 days. The EBs were collected at Day 2, 4, and 6 after treatment. Nuclei were isolated to generate single cell multiome data using 10x Genomics Chromium Next GEM Single Cell Multiome ATAC + Gene Expression Reagent Bundle Kit.
