Spatial distribution of locations of the Green Turtle (Chelonia mydas) followed by Argos tag from Juan de Nova (TAAF) — ERDF Mégafaune Project

Data acquired in 2011 by Argos tag, were analysed to release 2 locations per day. The number of locations of Green Turtles tagged in Juan de Nova is aggregated per square of 1° side. This method of calculation is that chosen within the framework of the Megafaune project for all populations (a species, a place) studied in order to allow inter-comparison. These post-reproduction follow-ups took place in the framework of the Kelonia/Ifremer “DYMITILE” projects.本研究对2011年通过Argos定位标签（Argos tag）采集的观测数据进行分析，每日可解算得到2个位置点。针对在胡安·德·诺瓦（Juan de Nova）海域标记的绿海龟（Green Turtles），其位置点数量将按边长为1°的网格单元进行聚合统计。该计算方法是大型动物群项目（Megafaune project）框架下，为实现所有按物种、研究区域划分的研究种群的跨数据集对比而统一选用的方法。 本次繁殖后追踪工作依托Kelonia/法国海洋开发研究院（Ifremer）的"DYMITILE"项目框架开展。
