The core SWI/SNF catalytic subunit Brg1 regulates nephron progenitor cell proliferation and differentiation [RNA-seq]

RNA expression was measured by RNA-seq in E17.5 in Brg1flx/flx and Six2Cre-Brg1flx/flx mutant kidney. RNA expression in mutant kidney was compared to wild type stage matched kidney.本数据集通过RNA测序（RNA-seq）技术，检测了小鼠胚胎第17.5天（E17.5）Brg1flx/flx及Six2Cre-Brg1flx/flx突变型肾脏的RNA表达水平，并将Six2Cre-Brg1flx/flx突变型肾脏的RNA表达谱与同发育阶段的野生型肾脏进行了对比分析。
