Summary of demographic data.

Pregnant women were either classed as HC or PE. All participants were assessed for contractions, but only a subset were assessed for blood flow (velocity, fIVIM, and K, due to changes in data acquisition). All data are given as median [IQR] and P value for Mann-Whitney test except for parity, which is given as median [range] and P value for chi-squared test. fIVIM, intravoxel incoherent motion fraction; HC, healthy control; PE, preeclamptic pregnancy.
