N=4 male Conscious telemetered Cynomolgus monkeys, dosed with Sotalol successively per os at 5, 10 and 30 mg/kg. No PK performed. Parameters : haemodynamic parameters (SAP, DAP, MAP, pulse pressure, HR), lead II ECG (PR, QA, QRS, QT, QTcB, QTcV and QTcF intervals). Parameters were reported before administration then 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 12, 16 and 20h after dosing. A baseline value (Pre-dose) was taken approximately 0.5 hours before dosing.
