"This dataset presents a simulated LoRa-based Vehicle-to-Vehicle (V2V) communication dataset, generated using a custom-built simulator designed to model long-range, low-power wireless links between moving vehicles. The dataset captures time-stamped per-packet communication records under varying mobility and channel conditions, enabling reproducible research on vehicular networking, link reliability, and delay performance over LoRa technology.Each record includes the following parameters: time (s), transmitter and receiver IDs, transmitter and receiver positions (m), inter-node distance (m), received signal strength indicator (RSSI in dBm), packet success indicator, and end-to-end delay (ms). These features provide a rich foundation for analyzing communication dynamics, link quality, and latency in long-range V2V scenarios.The dataset can be used for diverse research applications such as link quality estimation, connectivity analysis, propagation modeling, delay prediction, and machine learning-based performance evaluation in IoT-enabled vehicular networks. It serves as a valuable benchmark for researchers working on LoRa, V2V communication, and vehicular IoT systems."
