Wind Development Areas (ZDE) — Limousin

In order to allow a harmonious development of wind energy in France (in s' in particular against the risk of landscape mitage), the legislator established the Zones de Développement de l'Eolien (ZDE) placed under the #x27 rd; authority of Mayors or presidents of intercommunalities. The creation of a ZDE is now an essential condition for a wind project to be launched in France.
