XPlanung dataset BPL “Wohrenberg II (2nd amendment)”

The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Wohrenberg II (2nd amendment)” of the municipality of Daisendorf from XPlanung 5.0. Description: § 3 Pure Residential Areas (WR) + § 4 WA; BP “Wohrenberg II, 2nd Amendment”; and BauNVO 1986, entered into force on 01.01.1987.开发计划（BPL）包含针对城市规划法定秩序的具有法律约束力的管控要求。原则上，开发计划须以土地利用规划为编制基础。本次可用数据集为来自XPlanung 5.0平台的戴森多夫市镇「沃伦贝格二世（第二次修订版）」开发计划。说明：第3条 纯居住区（WR）+第4条 WA；规划BP「沃伦贝格二世 第二次修订版」；以及1986年版《建筑使用条例（BauNVO）》，该条例于1987年1月1日正式生效。
