AFLP and phenotypic trait allele table

Allele table for 106 AFLP loci and two phenotypic traits (bands and stripes) for 224 ground snakes from central North America. Column headings are locus/trait names and rows labels are individual specimens. Datfile created and saved as .csv file in Microsoft Excel.本数据集为一份针对224条采自北美中部的地蛇的等位基因表，包含106个扩增片段长度多态性（AFLP）位点以及2个表型性状（条带与条纹）。数据集的列标题为各位点或性状的名称，行标签对应各单个标本的标识。该数据文件由Microsoft Excel创建并保存为.csv格式文件。
