Data and R analysis code supporting a study of tree, shrub, herb, and regeneration community composition across 221 plots spanning 260-1964 m elevation in Sarpang Dzongkhag, Bhutan. Includes raw vegetation survey records, corrected plot coordinates and environmental predictors (terrain, macroclimate, Sentinel-2 indices), administrative/study-area boundary data, a voucher specimen catalogue (459 taxa, cross-referenced against GBIF, IUCN Red List, CITES, and the World Flora Online), and the complete reproducible R analysis pipeline. Appendix S3 voucher catalogue updated (standardized authorities; collection dates are voucher collection dates, which continued to 30 June 2023 after the 1 March–15 June plot survey).
