This file is a crosswalk between BoardEx (https://wrds-www.wharton.upenn.edu/pages/about/data-vendors/boardex) and the Database on Ideology, Money in Politics, and Elections (DIME) (https://data.stanford.edu/dime). If you use the crosswalk, please cite: Steel, Reilly S. 2025. "The Political Transformation of Corporate America, 2001–2022." American Political Science Review. The construction of the crosswalk is described in greater detail in the above paper, especially in the Online Appendix. NB: There are two versions of the crosswalk here, linking to different versions of DIME (v3.1 and v4.0). Be mindful that you use the correct version. In the event that DIME is updated again, the crosswalk may need to be updated as well.
