浙大二院2015年-2025年结直肠癌临床数据集

该数据为浙大二院大肠外科在全国结直肠癌专病患者队列研究系统，通过患者纳管、数据导入、临床问卷调查、历年周期性随访中产生，包括患者基础信息、治疗方案、诊断、检验、检查、随访等数据，以文本形态为主，可用于真实世界疗效分析/AI复发预测模型训练。

This dataset is developed by the Department of Colorectal Surgery of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University, based on the national specialized cohort research system for patients with colorectal cancer. It is generated through patient enrollment and management, data import, clinical questionnaire surveys, and multi-year periodic follow-up. The dataset covers patient basic information, treatment regimens, diagnoses, laboratory test results, examination findings, follow-up records and other relevant data, mostly in text format. It can be applied to real-world efficacy analysis and the training of AI-based recurrence prediction models.
