The correspondence is arranged in sleeves for presentation to, and consideration by, Council. Each item of correspondence presented to Council for the meeting was given a consecutive number. The range of numbers is indicated on the cover of the sleeve as is the meeting date. The meetings cover the period 14 October 1915 to 13 December 1921.
