This study aims to evaluate the effect of trastuzumab deruxtecan (T-DXd) on human gastric cancer cell lines. NCI-N87 and SNU-484 cells were treated with 1 ug/ml of T-DXd and/or trastuzumab for 72 h and subjected to RNA-sequencing using an Illumina NovaSeq platform.
