PK raw data of Amoxicillin in Muscle using PKsolver

This dataset provides raw and processed pharmacokinetic (PK) data for Amoxicillin in the muscle tissues of Olive flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus). The data were obtained following a single intramuscular administration (into the cheek and dorsal muscle) of Amoxicillin at a dose of 40 mg/kg. The dataset includes: Individual and mean concentration-time profiles of Amoxicillin in muscle. Non-compartmental analysis (NCA) parameters calculated using PKsolver. Raw concentration data determined via LC-MS/MS. These data are valuable for comparative PK studies across different fish species or for establishing scientifically-based withdrawal periods in the aquaculture industry.
本数据集提供了褐牙鲆(Paralichthys olivaceus)肌肉组织中阿莫西林的药代动力学(pharmacokinetic, PK)原始与处理后数据。所有数据均来源于以40 mg/kg剂量单次肌肉注射(注射部位为脸颊肌肉与背部肌肉)阿莫西林后的采样样本。本数据集涵盖以下三类内容:阿莫西林在肌肉组织中的个体浓度-时间曲线与平均浓度-时间曲线;采用PKsolver软件计算得到的非房室模型分析(Non-compartmental analysis, NCA)参数;以及通过液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)测定的原始浓度数据。该数据集可用于开展不同鱼类物种间的药代动力学对比研究,亦可为水产养殖业制定基于科学依据的休药期提供数据支撑。
