Planning works for binding land management planning in the district of Hamburg Eimsbüttel

Development plans are legally binding plans, including step plans, partial development plans, implementation plans and, since 1962, the current development plans under the Federal Construction Act (BBauG) or from 1986 according to the Building Code (BauGB). The development plans consist of the legal or ordinance text with the textual fixings, a justification and (usually) the plan drawing. Development plans for smaller areas shall be subject to the mandatory provisions for the development and other use of the land. They must be developed from the land use plan (preparatory land management plan). The grid data in the form of scanned plans are made available as PDF files via the city and landscape portal (see link address under references). The textual fixes and the justifications are assigned to the image files in the form of text documents (PDF files). Information on the individual development plans and the development plans in the process is provided by the relevant district office. WBZ decides on the specific competence.
