This dataset include all data about the effectiveness and cost-effectiveness of our RCT. 192 breast cancer survivors were randomly assigned to mindfulness breast care (MBC) programme (lasted 3 months) plus routine care (MBC+RC) or routine care (RC). Assessments were conducted at baseline (T0), 3 months (T1) and 6 months (T2). The primary outcome was stigma and secondary outcomes included distress of body image, sleep quality, social support, and quality of life. The costs (CNY) included three components: (1) fixed costs associated with the MBC programme; (2) direct medical costs derived from medical records from T0 to T2; and (3) indirect costs, namely income and time lost incurred due to medical treatments from T0 to T2
