Innovative and ecological neighbourhoods

Since 2016, the Region has been supporting the development of pleasant neighbourhoods that combine housing, jobs, transport, services and nature. To support these spatial planning projects, it launched a [call for projects open to the communities of Paris](https://www.iledefrance.fr/quartiers-innovants-et-ecologiques). The projects selected provide positive responses to the following 5 objectives and demonstrate innovation on at least one of these items: * A neighbourhood that contributes to the regional housing effort, particularly respecting the so-called “anti-ghettos” deliberation, * A lively, safe and pleasant area, mixing housing, jobs and local services, * An exemplary neighbourhood in terms of ecological and energy transition, * A neighbourhood that promotes sustainable mobility, * A neighborhood thought out in its entirety and anchored in its territory. The dataset lists for all voted projects: * name of district and commune (or communes), * community that carries the project, * project objectives, * work to be carried out, * amount of regional grant, * date of vote and number of report * session number of the call for projects.自2016年起，法兰西岛大区始终致力于推动融合住宅、就业、交通、公共服务与自然生态的宜居社区建设。为支持此类空间规划项目实施，该大区发起了一项[面向巴黎社区开放的项目征集活动](https://www.iledefrance.fr/quartiers-innovants-et-ecologiques)。 入选项目需切实响应以下五大目标，并至少在其中一项维度上彰显创新性： * 助力区域住房保障工作，严格遵循"反贫民窟化"相关审议决议； * 打造活力、安全且宜居的街区，融合住宅、就业与本地公共服务； * 在生态与能源转型领域发挥示范标杆作用； * 倡导可持续出行模式； * 实施整体统筹规划且扎根所属区域的街区建设。 本数据集收录了所有经投票选定的项目信息，具体包含以下内容： * 街区与所属市镇（或多个市镇）名称； * 项目牵头社区； * 项目目标； * 拟实施工程内容； * 大区资助金额； * 投票日期与报告编号； * 项目征集批次号。
