Supporting data for “Application and Comparison of Object Detection Techniques to Microscopic Images of Bacteria”.

Supporting data for my MPhil thesis “Application and Comparison of Object Detection Techniques to Microscopic Images of Bacteria”. Including 4 zip files, namely Training images.zip, Testing images.zip, Labels.zip and Results.zip. Training images.zip and Testing images.zip are Gram-stained high vaginal swab images grouped by diagnosis (Healthy, intermediate, BV) and stratified random sampling was used for a 3:1 train:test ratio. Labels.zip contain annotations for both training images and testing images. Manually labelled using labemImg and subsequently reformatted into txt. Results.zip contains generated plots used in the thesis.
