The genetic and epigenetic alterations of synovium by joint immobilization

Long-term joint immobilization of joint causes contracture and cartilage degeneration. We made minimized mechanical stress (MMS) model for mice, in which the knee joints were kept immobilized and in a non-weight bearing state. In this project, we submitted the nuclei of synovium in control and MMS model mice.
