We applied RNA-seq to FACS sorted LNvs (circadian neurons) in Pdf-Gal4 driven Atx2 RNAi flies and tyf mutant flies (tyf(e)) to look at gene expression differences compared to WT flies. Overall design: mRNA profiles of LNvs from Pdf>Atx2 RNAi flies at ZT00 and ZT12 and from tyf(e) flies at ZT04 and ZT16.
