We have investigated the effects of CDK8/19 inhibitor Senexin B on the gene expression regulated by serum stimulation in 293 cells Overall design: HEK293 cells were serum starved for 48 hrs and then treated with serum (FBS added to 10% final concentration) for 30 min. Serum-starved cells were pre-treated with or without 1 μM Senexin B for 1 hour, followed by 30 min serum stimulation. Each treatment condition was done in biological triplicate.
