Transcriptome sequencing of four microbial inoculation treatments in soybean

Transcriptome Sequencing Four microbial inoculation treatments were arranged, including CK (blank control), Bv (B. velezensis 20507 alone inoculation), Bj (B. japonicum USDA-110 alone inoculation), BB (B. velezensis 20507 and B. japonicum USDA-110 USDA-1103016 composite inoculation). Each treatment included three biological replicates. The nutrients required for soybeans are provided by Hoagland's solution, and there was no nitrogen in the Hoagland's solution. The detailed information about soybean seedling culture was performed as above described. After 30 days of cultivation, root of seedlings was sampled and subjected to RNA extract.
