Single cell atlas of human islet and acinar zonated endothelial cells in health and disease

scRNAseq data set of fresh human pancreas autopsies, CD31+CD45- cells and negative fraction We employed protocols for procuring human deceased donor pancreas with subsequent rapid islet isolation and endothelial cell purification with minimal delay or culturing in order to acquire high-yield and high-quality ISECs and ASECs. Islet and acinar portions were isolated from three donors who spanned a range of ages and body mass index.
