Attached to MacNeil et al. (2022). Additional representative plankton objects from major groups of eukaryotic taxa found on the Newfoundland Shelf during the early winter bloom phase in MacNeil et al. in review. Objects are segmented from holograms produced using digital in-line holographic microscopy and reconstructed with a Helmholtz-Kirchhoff algorithm. All image computation was done through 4-deep inwater imaging software.
