资源简介:
This dataset contains values collected for seven offshore wind farm projects that are planned to be developed in the Polish Exclusive Economic Zone of the Baltic Sea in the area designated in the offshore development plan in the area of Słupsk Shoal, Central Shoal, and Odrzana Shoal. The dataset was prepared based on the Offshore Wind Farm Development Program, for seven selected alternative sites included therein https://www.gov.pl/web/morska-energetyka-wiatrowa/program-rozwoju-morskich-farm-wiatrowych . The data sources used to develop the multi-criteria assessment model for offshore wind farms include publicly available online reports, news websites, market and energy information centers, offshore wind farm project websites, technical and non-technical project documentation, and government websites.
The criteria of the multi-criteria evaluation model for which data were collected are listed below. Criteria are grouped into 4 main groups: Localization criteria, Market criteria, Economic benefits, and Costs.
The collected dataset, including 32 criteria for assessing wind farms' localizations, is provided in XLSX and CSV files. The data is arranged in a two-dimensional decision matrix, with seven alternatives placed in rows and 32 criteria placed in columns.
The dataset was prepared in two versions (with crisp and fuzzy numbers). The crisp version, which contains crisp (precise) data, is called WINDFARMS_dataset_CRISP. It is made available in .xlsx and .csv formats, while the other, fuzzy version is named WINDFARMS_dataset_FUZZY and is provided in .xlsx and .csv formats, containing fuzzy data collected in the form of triangular numbers for each criterion.
In the case of offshore wind farm projects, imprecise and uncertain data result from discrepancies in the values of this data when collecting data from various relevant sources and taking into account differences in all available sources, such as reports, news websites, market and energy information centers, offshore wind farm project websites, available technical and non-technical project documentation, and government websites.
Another reason is the need to consider the range of data rather than individual crisp values in cases such as savings, pollution reduction, costs, average depth, wind speed, energy demand coverage, and job creation.
Detailed dataset description, including particular criteria names, is provided in a PDF file.
