In this study, we investigate the role of ITGA3 in regulating autophagy flux in pancreatic cancer. Overall design: ITGA3 was knocked-down using siRNA in PANC2.03 cells prior to RNA extraction and sequencing. Scramble (Scr) is used as a control.
