Multiple genome sequencing of the broad host range plant pathogenic fungus Sclerotinia sclerotiorum

These are Illumina reads for a panel of diverse Sclerotinia sclerotiorum isolates from around the world. We used them to assess population structure and look for evidence of selective pressure.
