Russian Political Elite, 1999-2005

The project was intended to advance scholarly understanding of such matters, and to help to inform the Western foreign policy community.<br><B>Main Topics</B>:<BR><br>The data cover demographic details and date of election of members of the Council of the Russian Federation, state Duma, and government and presidential admininistration.<br>
