Orbicella faveolata genetic raw data (microsatellites)

A total of 231 individuals of <i>O. faveolata</i> were sampled at eight sites, including six sites in the NPA-set and two sites in the MPA. Samples were genotyped using five microsatellite primers pairs designed for <i>Orbicella annularis</i> (Severance et al., 2004). After screening seven loci, five loci were retained in our study. We exclude two microsatellites: MS2-17 because they amplified less efficiently in <i>O. faveolata</i> (Severance et al., 2006), and MaMS12 had a high frequency of null alleles and heterozygotes deficit across all populations.
