The "Charter of Expected Local Effects provides indications to implement the reduction of seismic risk, based on knowledge of the dangers of the provincial territory, providing for the definition of local seismic hazard scenarios. The elaboration of the Variant to the PTCP, based on the indications of the DAL 112/2007 of the RER, has developed the 1st level of geological seismic analysis, giving instructions to municipalities on how and where to carry out the subsequent levels of deepening, which will be able to integrate and better define the information elaborated on the provincial scale. The Variant was approved by Provincial Council Decision No 57 of 28/10/2013《预期本地影响宪章（Charter of Expected Local Effects）》基于本省域地震危险性认知，为地震风险消减措施的落地提供指导，同时明确了本地地震灾害情景的界定规则。依据RER发布的DAL 112/2007号文件的指导要求，PTCP修订方案的编制工作完成了一级地质地震分析，向各市政当局给出后续深化分析的实施路径与开展点位的指导意见，该后续分析可整合并进一步明晰省级尺度下生成的相关信息。本修订方案已于2013年10月28日经省议会第57号决议批准通过。
