ICH Patient Dataset for Case-Crossover Analysis of Temperature and Humidity Effects

his dataset contains anonymized clinical records of 2,284 patients with acute intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) from three stroke centers in northwestern Hubei Province, China. Variables include demographic characteristics (age, sex, smoking, alcohol use), clinical information (Glasgow Coma Scale score, hemorrhage location), and onset time. The dataset was used to investigate the short-term effects of extreme temperature and relative humidity on ICH risk using a time-stratified case-crossover design with distributed lag non-linear modeling. Sensitive information has been removed, and the dataset is available for academic use under controlled access.
