This Dataset contains processed file of the data we have received. 609 Indian banking customers responded to the questionnaire. Responses regarding Social CRM attributes such as Connectedness, Customer orientation, Customer engagement and Customer support, banking customer's social CRM experience, customer loyalty, advocacy and their concerns regarding their privacy were collected using structured questionnaires.
本数据集收录我方所接收数据的经处理版本。本次调研共有609名印度银行业客户参与问卷作答。研究采用结构化问卷收集了多维度调研数据,涵盖社交客户关系管理(Social CRM)相关属性(包括连通性、客户导向、客户参与度与客户支持)、银行业客户的社交客户关系管理体验、客户忠诚度、客户拥护行为,以及客户针对个人隐私的相关顾虑。
