Administration units in the INSPIRE data model

The administrative units are territories in which a Member State has and/or exercises jurisdiction over local, regional and national administration. In Berlin these are the districts and the federal state. The administrative units are described by attributes of the INSPIRE data model “Administrative Units”.行政单元（Administrative Units）指成员国对其拥有并/或行使地方、区域与国家行政管理管辖权的行政区域。在柏林，此类行政单元具体表现为各区与联邦州。行政单元的信息描述采用INSPIRE数据模型「行政单元」中的属性字段。
