This dataset mainly covers "Indicator 1.1 Maximum Excitation Wavelength of Materials; Indicator 1.2 Maximum Emission Wavelength of Materials; Indicator 1.3 Afterglow Lifetime". In the development of controllable afterglow AC LED luminescent materials, the formation of intrinsic defects during crystal growth of the materials is regulated via synthesis conditions and environmental control. Researches are conducted as follows: the relationship between intrinsic point defects and trap centers in the materials; the occupation sites of doped rare earth ions and the formation mechanism of impurity defects; the effects of radius, charge and optical electronegativity of impurity ions on material trap centers and the formation mechanism of AC LED trap centers; the energy transfer process among the matrix, luminescent centers and trap centers in the materials; the influence of photoionization process of variable-valence luminescent ions on the types of trapped charges; and the dynamic processes of charge trapping and release by trap centers. Ultimately, whether the synthesized and prepared controllable afterglow AC LED luminescent materials meet the project requirements is judged based on their luminescent properties. The specific data contents include crystal structure data, morphology data, excitation and emission spectra, diffuse reflection spectra, thermally stimulated luminescence (TSL) spectra, electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) data, variable-temperature spectra, electroluminescence spectra, afterglow spectra and afterglow decay curve data of the materials. The data are stored as files in formats including .raw, .txt, .pdf and .jpg. The estimated total data volume is 435.51 MB, and the sharing method is full sharing.
