State network of meteorological, meteorological – oceanographic and phenological stations is a complete set of technological, methodological and organizational units consisting of equipment for performing monitoring, processing and data transmission, with observation sites and structures, in or on which such equipment is installed. The State Network of Meteorological, Meteorological – Oceanographic and Phenological Stations ensures permanent monitoring and systematic collection of data on atmospheric phenomena for the needs of state institutions, the public, safety and preservation of human lives and goods, spatial planning, environmental protection and water management and other economic activities of interest to the Republic of Croatia.国家气象、气象-海洋与物候观测站网（State network of meteorological, meteorological – oceanographic and phenological stations）是一套涵盖技术、方法与组织维度的完整体系，由用于开展监测、数据处理与传输的设备，以及安装该类设备的观测场地与配套构筑物组成。该观测站网可开展持续监测并系统采集大气现象相关数据，以满足克罗地亚共和国国家机构、社会公众的需求，保障生命与财产安全，支撑空间规划、环境保护、水资源管理及其他相关经济活动的开展。
