Raw metabolomics data from olive tree interactions with Bacillus amyloliquefaciens and Pseudomonas savastanoi pv. savastanoi

This dataset contains raw or minimally processed metabolomics data in .csv format obtained from olive tree (Olea europaea L.) samples subjected to interactions with the endophytic bacterium Bacillus amyloliquefaciens and the pathogenic bacterium Pseudomonas savastanoi pv. savastanoi. The data were generated to investigate metabolic responses associated with beneficial and pathogenic plant–microbe interactions. The file is provided as raw data to support transparency, reproducibility, and future reanalysis.
