Hydrogeological constraint pursuant to Art. 130 R.D.L. 3267/1923

The layer represents the areas subject to constraints for hydrogeological purposes. The delimitation of the perimeter that identifies the hydrogeological link took place starting from the recovery of the documentation (thematic map, acts) of the constraint deriving from the following articles of law: Article 130 of Royal Decree-Law No 3267/23.It should be noted that as regards wooded areas not already covered by the perimeter areas, the provisions of Article 182 of Royal Decree 3267/23 apply.The polygons represent the restricted and exempt zones. The main purpose of the constraint is to preserve the physical environment and thus to prevent forms of use which may lead to denudation, triggering erosive phenomena, loss of stability, disturbance of the water regime, etc., with the possibility of public damage.本图层对应为水文地质管控需求所划定的受约束区域。本次水文地质关联边界的划定，依托于对下述法律条文所规定的约束管控相关资料（专题地图、官方文件）的搜集整理：第3267/23号皇家法令第130条。需特别说明的是，对于尚未被纳入上述管控边界的林区，适用第3267/23号皇家法令第182条的相关规定。本数据集中的多边形要素用于标识受限区域与豁免区域。此项约束管控的核心目标为保护自然物理环境，进而防范各类可能引发地表剥蚀、诱发侵蚀现象、导致稳定性丧失、扰动水文情势，并可能造成公共损害的开发利用活动。
