Objective sub-regional plan spatial structure and basic functional priorities of the Uckermark-Barnim region

The scope of the substantive sub-regional plan “Space Structure and Basic Functional Priorities” covers the areas of the districts of Uckermark and Barnim with their towns, offices and municipalities. The sub-regional plan makes definitions on the spatial structure as well as on basic functional priorities. Basic functional areas are particularly high-functional districts of suitable municipalities. The Land Development Plan for Capital Region Berlin-Brandenburg offers these districts more opportunities in the areas of residential development and the development of large-scale retail.名为《空间结构与基本功能优先事项（Space Structure and Basic Functional Priorities）》的实质性次区域规划（substantive sub-regional plan），其覆盖范围涵盖乌克马克县（Uckermark）与巴尼姆县（Barnim）及其下辖的城镇、行政办事处与自治市镇。该次区域规划对空间结构及基本功能优先事项作出明确界定。基本功能区域特指适配自治市镇的高功能片区。《柏林-勃兰登堡首都圈土地发展规划（Land Development Plan）》为上述两区提供了住宅开发与大型零售业发展领域的更多发展机遇。
