Bulk RNAseq parietal bone PND9-Isotype VS aCSF1R

Bulk RNAseq of the parietal bone of C57Bl6J pups treated transcranially at post-natal days 2, 4 and 6 with control isotype or CSF1R blocking antibody to deplete myeloid cells. Pups are perfused at PND9 and parietal bone is collected to analyze transcriptomic differences.
