对全断面竖井掘进机不同刀盘锥度、不同安装半径的下的滚刀破岩进行仿真模拟研究。获取不同参数下滚刀破岩的受力情况及破岩效率,得到最佳刀盘锥度及刀具安装参数。研究表明滚刀破岩比能受到刀盘锥度和滚刀安装半径的共同影响,滚刀破岩效率随着刀盘锥度和滚刀安装半径的增大而减低,综合滚刀受力及破岩比能,得到刀盘锥度为120°时滚刀受力最佳,破岩效率最高;比较双滚刀同时破岩(双刃滚刀破岩)及双滚刀顺次破岩两种方式,发现双滚刀同时破岩的破岩效率大于双滚刀顺次破岩的破岩效率。数据量1.49MB。
A simulation study is conducted on the rock-breaking process of disc cutters for full-face shaft boring machines under different cutterhead tapers and disc cutter installation radii. This study collects the force conditions and rock-breaking efficiency of disc cutters during rock breaking under various parameters, and derives the optimal cutterhead taper and cutter installation parameters. Research findings indicate that the rock-breaking specific energy of disc cutters is jointly affected by both the cutterhead taper and the disc cutter installation radius. The rock-breaking efficiency of disc cutters decreases with the increase of the cutterhead taper and the disc cutter installation radius. By comprehensively considering the force on disc cutters and the rock-breaking specific energy, it is determined that the disc cutters achieve the optimal force and the highest rock-breaking efficiency when the cutterhead taper is 120°. By comparing two rock-breaking modes: simultaneous rock breaking with double disc cutters (rock breaking by double-edged disc cutters) and sequential rock breaking with double disc cutters, it is found that the rock-breaking efficiency of simultaneous rock breaking with double disc cutters is higher than that of sequential rock breaking with double disc cutters. The total data size of this dataset is 1.49 MB.
